'Cutter' Convicted Of Stealing Human Tissue

Law360, New York (April 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A New York judge has found a man guilty of charges of grand larceny, reckless endangerment and corruption in connection with a notorious multimillion-dollar human-tissue conspiracy.

Kings County Supreme Court Justice Albert Tomei convicted Christopher Aldorasi on Monday of 20 of the 22 counts he was charged with, including the top charge, enterprise corruption, the Kings County district attorney's office said.
