TravelCenters, Flying J End Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (May 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Truck stop operator TravelCenters of America LLC said Thursday that it would pay $5 million to an affiliate of Flying J to process payment card transactions, ending antitrust litigation between the rivals.
