Kodak Won't Get Damages In Patent Case: Court

Law360, New York (May 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge in a long-running patent dispute between Eastman Kodak and Agfa-Gevaert NV has decided to adopt in full the report and recommendations of the special master in the case, who found that some Agfa products infringe three Kodak patents but that Kodak is not entitled to damages.
