Judge Postpones Ruling In Automaker MDL

Law360, New York (May 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has decided to delay his approval of two settlements between Toyota Motor Corp., the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association and plaintiffs in a multidistrict litigation that alleges a number of automakers colluded to keep cheaper Canadian cars out of the United States.
