NYC Bar Says Bias Stymies Firms' Diversity Push

Law360, New York (June 19, 2014, 8:09 PM ET) -- Minority representation at New York City law firms was up again last year, according to a bar report released Thursday, but firms saw higher turnover among female and minority lawyers than among white men and declining diversity on management committees.
