N.Y. Regulatory Task Force To Probe Subprime Players

Law360, New York (May 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York has formed a task force consisting of several federal and New York-based regulators to probe potential criminal activity related to the subprime mortgage crisis.
