Former NLRB Head Joins Littler Mendelson

Law360, New York (May 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Littler Mendelson PC has hired Robert J. Battista, former chairman of the National Labor Relations Board, to join its Washington, D.C., office, the firm announced Monday.

Battista served as chairman of the NLRB from December 2005 to December 2007, and previously worked for Detroit, Mich. law firm Butzel Long for over 37 years.
