Fisher-Price Gets $5.7M In Safety 1st Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More than seven years after it sued Safety 1st Inc. for infringing its patents for infant carriers, Fisher-Price Inc. has been awarded $5.7 million in damages and interest.

Judge Gregory Sleet of the District of Delaware entered final judgment in the case on Monday after considering motions by both sides related to a December 2006 jury verdict in the matter.
