Two IP Litigators Join Greenberg Traurig's Ranks

Law360, New York (May 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig has acquired two shareholders specializing in intellectual property litigation for its Chicago and Boston offices.

Joining the firm’s Chicago office is David Newman, whose practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patents, trademarks and copyrights, trade secrets and litigation.

The Boston office will see the addition of Victor Polk, who concentrates his practice on complex business trials and IP disputes.
