Lease Purchase Row Belongs In Arbitration, Ally Says

Law360, New York (July 21, 2014, 7:20 PM ET) -- Ally Financial Inc. on Monday urged a Florida federal judge to compel arbitration in a putative class action filed by a man who alleged he had to pay more to purchase his vehicle than the price listed in his lease contract, saying the man is trying to skirt an arbitration agreement.
