Court Lets Bone-Cleaning Firm Add Patent To Suit

Law360, New York (May 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has allowed a company that specializes in processing human bone and tissue for transplantation to expand its patent infringement suit against a rival.

Magistrate Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey cleared the way on Friday for Osteotech Inc. to assert another patent in its ongoing dispute against Regeneration Technologies Inc.
