Shareholders Eye $21M Payout In Veritas Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (May 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Law firms have begun notifying class members of a proposed $21.5 million settlement in a lawsuit that accused Veritas Software Corp. and some of its officers of securities fraud.

The law firms of Harwood Feffer LLP, Schatz Nobel Izard PC and Labaton Sucharow LLP announced the settlement in public notices Wednesday, advising class members that they may be excluded from or object to the settlement.
