High Court Asked To Clarify Judges' Power Of Receivership

Law360, Dallas (August 4, 2014, 8:04 PM ET) -- In a dispute stemming from a bankruptcy case involving the ownership of 150,000 Internet domain names, a bankruptcy trustee and receiver have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether federal judges have the right to order vexatious litigants into receivership.
