Class Denial No Deterrent For Wells Fargo Plaintiffs

Law360, New York (May 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wells Fargo Financial Inc. was hit Tuesday with another regional putative collective action overtime suit, one of many that have cropped up following a district judge's February decision not to certify a nationwide class in a wage-and-hour suit against the company.

Tuesday's suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina on behalf of named plaintiffs Jonathan Whitt and Skyler Jackson.
