Crossroads Sues 10 Cos. Over Storage Patents

Law360, New York (May 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Crossroads Systems Inc. has filed a lawsuit in Texas accusing a slew of defendants including Accusys (USA) Inc., Compellent Technologies Inc. and Baydel North America Inc. of infringing one or both of two patents related to providing virtual local storage on remote storage devices.

Crossroads filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on Tuesday against ten defendants whose storage products allegedly infringe the patents in suit, seeking damages and injunctive relief.
