Sonnenschein Lays Off 37 Attorneys

Law360, New York (May 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP has laid off 124 employees, including 37 attorneys, in response to the toll the national economic slump has taken on its litigation and real estate practices.

The law firm fired six partners, four of counsel attorneys, 27 associates, 12 paralegals and other nonlawyers and 75 administrative staff members last week.
