Pasha Settles Bid-Rigging Claims With DOJ For $13M

Law360, New York (May 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California-based freight forwarder will pay the U.S. government $13 million to settle claims it participated in a conspiracy to rig bids and fix prices for transporting the household goods of U.S. military and Department of Defense personnel overseas, authorities said.
