Law360, New York (June 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The European Commission kicked off a formal investigation on Monday into whether French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi-Aventis SA illegally blocked inspectors during an unannounced raid that was part of a sectorwide inquiry.
