A source told The Real Deal that Aimco unloaded the 21 buildings, which cover 215,000 square feet, in an off-market deal. The name of the buyer was not disclosed, but it is reportedly a real estate investment firm with roots in Brooklyn. The 21 properties include 224 residential units and 30 retail stores, according to The Real Deal....
