Third Circuit Backs Employee's Right To Abortion

Law360, New York (June 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a case of first impression, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has ruled that the provision of Title VII that forbids employers from discriminating against pregnant women extends to women who have had an abortion.
