Pharma Execs To Be Videotaped At FTC Hearing

Law360, New York (June 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered three executives to give videotaped testimony for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's investigation into whether Par Pharmaceutical Companies Inc., Paddock Laboratories Inc. and others restrained trade for making or selling a generic version of AndroGel.

Judge Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia granted the agency's subpoenas ad testificandum on Monday after the executives argued in February that all testimonies were authorized to be stenographically recorded but not videotaped.
