FDA Sets Up Panel To Review Bisphenol A Research

Law360, New York (June 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The chief scientist of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has charged an agency panel with the task of reviewing research on the safety of bisphenol A, a chemical used in some types of plastic containers that has recently been linked to developmental and other health problems in humans.
