FTC Seeks En Banc Review Of Rambus Ruling

Law360, New York (June 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has asked an appeals court for an en banc review of a decision that overturned an agency finding against Rambus Inc. for allegedly monopolizing the computer memory market by deceiving a standards-setting organization about its patents.

The FTC filed a petition with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Friday for a full court review of a three-judge panel's decision against the commission.
