Travelers Loses Summary Judgment In Indemnity Suit

Law360, New York (June 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied summary judgment to Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. in a suit brought by Charter International Oil Co. that seeks indemnification for millions of dollars of costs the oil company incurred in cleaning up a contaminated oil and gas storage site in Rhode Island.
