Merit Scores $1.6M Award From JVL In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Video game maker Merit Industries Inc. has won a $1.6 million verdict from a Philadelphia jury on its patent infringement claims, but lost its bid to recoup an alleged $20 million-plus in lost profits from rival video game maker and defendant JVL Corp.
