BIPI Withheld Mirapex Study: Plaintiffs' Lawyer

Law360, New York (June 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An attorney for five plaintiffs who claim the Parkinson's drug Mirapex caused their compulsive gambling asked a judge to reconsider their motion for summary judgment, saying that defendant Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. concealed relevant clinical information.
