He has a broadly based practice and represents clients in both litigation and transaction matters. He advises clients on all aspects of labor and employment law and restrictive covenant issues. Lee started his career working for two regional offices of the National Labor Relations Board, where he first chaired several trials, and then moved into private practice, working for the Chicago offices of large firms. Lee serves on the firmwide advisory committee and as chairman of the firm's Chicago office diversity and inclusion committee. He is also president of the Law Foundation for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and a board member for the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms....
