Comments Are Unlikely To Sway EPA On Retail Regulations

Law360, New York (November 14, 2014, 10:40 AM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently solicited public comment on how existing hazardous waste management rules present special burdens for the retail sector. Curiously, this Federal Register notice was a general solicitation for comments and retail industry waste management data. It was not a notice of a proposed or final rule. As such, it is hard to say why the EPA even solicited comment on this topic.
