Law360, New York ( November 13, 2014, 10:38 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a significant challenge to the government's implementation of the Affordable Care Act. On Nov. 7, the Supreme Court granted a writ of certiorari to review a Fourth Circuit decision upholding a regulation by the Internal Revenue Service permitting the government to subsidize health insurance on federally created exchanges, as well as health insurance purchased on a state-created exchange.
