Gemini Air Cargo Seeks Bankruptcy Protection

Law360, New York (June 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Blaming soaring fuel costs and a 2007 accident, Gemini Air Cargo Inc. has filed for bankruptcy protection and is looking to sell the company as a going concern or sell off substantially all its assets.

Gemini Air Cargo and three affiliates filed Chapter 11 petitions with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday. Gemini Air Cargo listed both its assets and liabilities in the $100 million to $500 million range.
