Nspire Agrees To Pull Challenged Flash Drives

Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Resolving its part of a lawsuit brought five months ago by Ennova Direct Inc., Nspire Systems Inc. has consented to a judgment of infringement and agreed to pull its flash memory drive with retractable USB connectors off the market.
