Ohio AG To Open Probe Into DHL Deal

Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Weeks after Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland expressed concern over a proposed carrier switch by DHL Express, the state attorney general is taking a closer look at whether the move constitutes a violation of federal antitrust laws.

On Monday, Ohio Attorney General Nancy Rogers revealed that she asked DHL, owner Deutsche Post and United Parcel Service Inc. to save all records connected to the proposal to ditch package handler ABX Air Inc. in favor of UPS.
