Typhoon Adds 10 Cos. To Touch-Screen Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A patent infringement lawsuit by Typhoon Touch Technologies Inc. over touch-screen computers expanded greatly on Monday with an amended complaint that draws 10 new companies into the dispute, including Apple Inc., Nokia Inc. and LG Electronics USA.

Typhoon and its licensee Nova Mobility Systems Inc. initially filed the suit in December and expanded it to include additional defendants in March.
