House Urged To Enact Transgender Protections

Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- It is high time that the U.S. government extended the anti-discrimination protections available to women, minority and disabled employees to transgender people, a series of witnesses told a U.S. House of Representatives panel on Thursday.
