By Natalie Rodriguez ( December 15, 2014, 4:09 PM EST) -- Ireland-based hotel operator Jurys Inn is reportedly preparing for a sale or merger that could value the company — which runs about 31 hotels in its home country and across the U.K. — at more than £700 million ($1.1 billion), according to a report by The Sunday Times. Jurys Inn, which recently completed a financial restructuring that saw it shed about £300 million in liabilities, is said to have hired Credit Suisse and Eastdil Secured on its strategic options, The Sunday Times said....
