Studio Sues DreamWorks Over Toxic Chemical Claim

Law360, New York (June 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former NASA plant outside Los Angeles that has been converted into a Hollywood studio is again at the center of a legal squabble over workers' alleged exposure to toxic chemicals.

Industrial Realty Group, the owner of Downey Studios, filed suit Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court against DreamWorks SKG and its insurance companies, seeking payment of legal expenses in an ongoing suit by studio workers, The Los Angeles Times reported.
