Judge Seals Deal Between Facebook, ConnectU

Law360, New York (June 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Over the objections of ConnectU LLC, a district judge on Wednesday enforced a settlement agreement between the social networking site and rival Facebook Inc., putting an end to litigation between the companies over alleged misappropriation of trade secrets.

The two companies reached a tentative agreement to settle all pending litigation between them in February, following mediation.
