Law360, New York (June 27, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Walgreen Co. has dropped its claims against ABP Patent Holdings LLC over patents related to pharmacy labels after the patent-holding company agreed not to sue Walgreen for infringement, according to the pharmacy chain's attorneys.
In a notice filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Walgreen said it had dismissed a declaratory action it brought against ABP in March over five of the company's patents for pharmacy labels.
