Canada Court Refuses To Toss Wyeth Premarin Case

Law360, New York (June 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As the U.S. multidistrict litigation over its hormone pills continues, Wyeth was unable to throw out a parallel putative class action in Canada that alleges its Premarin and Premplus therapy treatments cause breast cancer.
