Patent Litigator Leaves Latham For Kaye Scholer

Law360, New York (July 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- International law firm Kaye Scholer announced recently that intellectual property lawyer James Blank has joined the firm as a partner in its New York office.

Blank, who specializes in patent litigation, said he joined Kaye Scholer to “work in a more robust patent litigation group ... both at the partner and at the associate level.”

Graduating from New York University Law School in 1992, Blank immediately went to work for the city's now defunct Mudge Rose Firm (where another lawyer, Richard Nixon, also got his start)....
