Employment Practice: Holland & Knight

Law360, New York (July 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The ongoing proliferation of new types of anti-discrimination statutes has resulted in a lot of new – and different – work for employment lawyers who represent businesses, according to attorneys at Holland & Knight LLP.

There seems to have been a decline in the number of basic discrimination cases over race and gender, said Kelly-Ann Cartwright, a partner in the labor and employment practice group at Holland & Knight LLP and executive partner of the firm's Miami office.
