Law360, New York (July 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district court judge has ruled that the company that provided an allegedly outdated chart of the airport in a 2006 fatal Kentucky plane crash cannot be held liable for the disaster.
On Friday, U.S. District Judge Karl Forester granted summary judgment to Jeppesen Sanderson Inc., rejecting the third-party negligence and product liability claims brought by James Polehinke, the lone survivor and co-pilot of Comair Flight 5191.
