Pfizer Employee Avoids Prison in Embezzlement Case

Law360, New York (July 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hollis Rosendale, a former executive assistant with pharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc., has avoided jail time but must return close to $130,000 she embezzled from the company.

Rosendale was sentenced to a suspended three-year jail term and five years probation in addition to the restitution on Wednesday after pleading guilty to first-degree larceny in Connecticut State Superior Court.

The New London, Conn., police originally arrested the 49-year-old Connecticut resident in May 2007.
