By Andrew McIntyre ( January 28, 2015, 8:06 PM EST) -- A company affiliated with real estate firm Arden Group has purchased a hotel in Tampa for an estimated $40 million, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported, citing sources with knowledge of the Tampa market. The company acquired the 323-room InterContinental in Tampa's Westshore district, a property that also has more than 14,000 square feet of meeting rooms, the Philadelphia journal said. Arden plans to invest $7 million in renovations on the rooms and common areas at the property, according to the Philadelphia journal....
