Comair Plane Crash Lawsuit Is Pared Down Again

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out yet another claim from the litigation involving a 2006 Comair crash in Lexington, Ky.

On July 2, Judge Karl S. Forester of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky granted a motion for partial summary judgment filed in May by Comair Inc., Comair Services Inc. and Comair Holdings LLC, and dismissed plaintiffs' claims of breach of warranties.
