Kasowitz Fires Back In Battle With Former IP Head

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP has accused former partner Jeremy Pitcock of sexually harassing a dozen women at the firm and using his position to threaten them into silence.

In a suit filed Monday in New York Supreme Court, the firm accuses Pitcock, the former head of Kasowitz's intellectual property department, of forcing himself on an associate, slapping the behind of another female employee during a social event and making suggestive comments to several others.
