Law360, New York (July 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bivona & Cohen and a legal secretary who accused a senior partner at the firm of rape agreed to dismiss claims the firm made against her.
On July 1, Judge Colleen McMahon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on an agreement to dismiss with prejudice claims that Windy Richards' lawsuit amounted to “tortious interference with prospective business relations and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
