Law360, New York ( January 28, 2015, 11:11 AM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court has held that no limitations period applies to claims for contribution under the state's Spill Compensation and Control Act, reversing a 2013 decision of the Appellate Division that had established a six-year statute of limitations for such claims. In so doing, the New Jersey Supreme Court restored what it called "a decades-long understanding" that no limitations period applies....
