Delta Off The Hook In Comair 2006 Crash

Law360, New York (July 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district judge has ruled that Delta Air Lines Inc. will not be held responsible for the 2006 crash of a Comair flight in Lexington, Ky.

On Tuesday, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky granted Delta's motion for summary judgment and dismissed all claims against the airline in the suit against Comair brought by survivors of the victims of Comair Flight 5191's crash.
