By Natalie Rodriguez (February 2, 2015, 4:29 PM EST) -- Joint venture partners Griffin Partners Inc. and Shorenstein Co. are looking to entice Houston city agencies to redevelop and fill the 1.2 million-square-foot tower it owns at 800 Bell that will soon be vacated by Exxon Mobil Corp., according to a Houston Business Journal report, which cited a Griffin executive. The proposal envisions the city relocating its court system, the Houston Police Department and possibly the fire department headquarters to the building, the report said....
